It was drafted to describe accurately how Bordr actually works, and Nigerian counsel should read it before anyone relies on it contractually. Where it describes a technical control, that description is accurate as at the date above.
Terms of service
Last updated 17 October 2026
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of Bordr, provided by Korevra. If you open an account on behalf of a company you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.
2. The trial
A trial runs for 14 days from the day you create the board, needs no payment card, and is limited to 12 seats and 2 GB of documents. One trial is available per organisation.
When a trial ends without a subscription, the board stops accepting new records — no new meetings, resolutions, papers, minutes drafts or members. It does not become inaccessible: every director keeps reading and downloading everything already on the board, and work already begun (a poll that is open, minutes already drafted) can still be completed. Subscribing restores everything, with nothing lost.
3. Plans, price and payment
Prices are published at getbordr.com/pricing and are quoted excluding VAT, which is charged at 7.5% on naira invoices. Annual plans are billed at ten times the monthly price.
Choosing a plan in Bordr issues a payment reference. Your subscription begins when payment against that reference is confirmed, and runs for the period you bought. It renews for the same period unless you turn renewal off, which you may do at any time before the period ends; the board carries on working normally until then.
We may change published prices. A change never alters what you are already holding: the terms recorded against your account when you subscribed are the terms that apply for that period. Any deviation we agree with you specifically — extra seats, a different cap — is recorded against your account and carried forward through upgrades.
4. Late payment and suspension
If an invoice is late your board is marked past due and nothing is restricted. A company that cannot record a resolution because an invoice is sitting in a finance queue is a company whose statutory record we have damaged, and we will not do that. Any escalation beyond that point is a decision we take, with notice and a date, not an automatic consequence of a payment gateway.
If an account is eventually suspended, the board stops accepting new records but remains readable and downloadable, and statutory work already begun can still be finished for a further period stated on your screen at the time.
5. Your data is yours
You own your board data. We claim no licence to it beyond what is needed to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not disclose it to anyone except as described in the privacy notice.
On termination we will delete or return your board data on your instruction, except records we must retain for tax or audit purposes.
6. What you agree not to do
- Share a sign-in with someone it was not issued to. Seats are per person, which is what makes the audit record mean anything.
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
- Attempt to defeat the access controls, the audit chain, or another customer’s isolation.
- Resell or sublicense Bordr without our written agreement.
7. Availability
We work to keep Bordr available, and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-service plans. If you need one it is part of a Regulated Entity agreement — talk to us rather than infer it.
8. Liability
Bordr supports your governance; it does not replace the judgement of your board, your company secretary or your advisers. Nothing in Bordr is legal advice, and the AI features produce drafts and answers for a person to check, never decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with Bordr is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will notify account owners by email of any material change. If a change is materially adverse to you, you may cancel before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
